In order to reserve an appointment, a credit card needs to be on file.
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason.
If you reschedule your appointment within that 24 hour period you may be charged a 50% service fee.
If you fail to call or reschedule and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a 100% service fee.
If you are 15 minuets or more late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be forfeited and a service fee may be charged.
To ensure the best results and maintain the health of your hair, please review the following before booking:
We do not offer refunds for our work that we provide. However we offer complimentary (minor) adjustments within 5 days of the service as long as it is within the same goal you were previously aiming to achieve.
If you happen to change your hair goals after the service is completed, you will need to book it as an entirely new service and be charged in full.
If you are no longer comfortable seeing the previous stylist you were with, we would be happy to set you up with another stylist to make your adjustments. If you choose to go that route, the new stylist you are booked with will be charging for the service accordingly.
We do not offer refunds for services or products including gift certificates. We also do not offer discounted services unless we have a current on going promotion listed on either the website or our social media.

We accept Visa, Venmo, Checks, MasterCard, Apple pay, American Express, Discover, cash and gift certificates. Please note that deposits of any kind are non-refundable.
